Day 16...Just a Whisper

This photo means the world to me.  When Kim asked us to come up with a photo reflecting "whisper", the first thing I thought of were my babies when they were little and taking naps. It was a constant Please Whisper for several years in our house.  But being that was long ago I decided to use a friend of mine's flower bouquet for her wedding as my Whisper submission.  I know her Mom was whispering from Heaven the day her Daddy walked her down the aisle.  Funny thing is, MY Friend said that she would NEVER get married.  That's one of the reasons I don't use the word NEVER....because inevitably it can.  

Day 14--black and white with a touch of color

Going Green--I snapped this shot at a friends house sitting in her window sill were all sorts of cute and cool green things for her bunko group.  I was there helping her prepare because well....she's a little high strung!  I ran a few black and white free actions in which I had downloaded but didn't care for the way the the looked and plus, I couldn't figure out how to see the rundown of the recipe's.  So I used the old turn the photo into black and white, adjusted the levels and colors I wanted brighter or darker and then brought back some of the color.  At first I was only going to do the flower, but the pretty green pears looked so sad not getting any attention drawn to them so I brought back some of there color as well.  I put a texture over the photo (don't remember which one) to draw attention to what I intended to be the focus of this picture.

I"m so far behind the anxiety that," will I ever catch up?" is really starting to nag at me.  I love watching the videos and trying to get the light just right for some of the still shots--maybe I'm just being to hard on myself idk...but anyway.  Here are Ten Truths about me and NO, there not all pretty!
